In the future, 100 LIDL branches in the area of Augsburg, Kaufbeuren, Dachau and Fürstenfeldbruck will receive their foodstuff supplies from the logistics center in Graben, near Augsburg. The new construction of the logistics center was finished late June 2011. The investment volume came up to approx. 30 Mio. EUR.

With storage capacity of approx. 40.000 m² Graben is the largest LIDL logistics center all over Germany. From this area approx. 38.000 m² have been carried out with NEODUR HE 3 hard aggregate dry mortar. The KORODUR industrial floor provides room for more than 18.000 euro-pallets. Besides the 14 m high logistics hall, LIDL plans the establishment of an office building. Already in September 2011 the first deliveries of goods arrived, and shortly after the first supplies to the branches started.
