Between May and December 2017, the second construction phase of the new IMMO Art Depot, comprising 6.000 m², was carried out. On three levels, this depot provides state of the art conditions for the storage of art and cultural assets.

For the most severely stressed building component, the floor, a highly wear-resistant KORODUR industrial screed was chosen – NEODUR HE 65. The flooring specialist CBL carried out the installation in the KOROTAN-System on KORODUR Bonding Compound HB 5. Essential for this system is a thorough preparation of the base concrete to ensure permanent bond between base concrete and hard aggregate topping.

For mixing and conveying the hard aggregate mortar, the mixing pump inoCombCabrio of INOTEC was used.
The NEODUR hard aggregate material was supplied in big-bags.

KOROMINERAL silicifying impregnation was applied as surface finish for improved cleaning properties and increased density.
