Due to permanent stress, the concrete layer in the area of transporter loading bridges at the DHL logistics center in Ottendorf-Okrilla had been subject to heavy wear and tear. The structural stability of the transporter loading bridges had been at risk.

The challenge has now been to rapidly and sustainably repair the damaged concrete layer. Products used were CEMENT ALL and MORTAR MIX. The heavily damaged subbase was removed by means of a drilling core/carrot. The resulting holes were then filled with CEMENT ALL and MORTAR MIX.

Furthermore, a bumper guard and a stress crack inside the logistics center were repaired with CEMENT ALL.

The job was completed after a total of 4 hours and operation of the transporter loading bridges could be reassumed.
