At the global automotive suppliers Antolin from Austria, a damaged flooring area of around 150 m² in a production hall needed to be repaired within shortest.

One challenge was not to block the ongoing production for long. Thus the repair works could only be carried out on weekends. Another challenge was the request of the client for a rapidly reusable and at the same time highly-wear resistant floor.

In summer/autumn of 2018 two damaged flooring areas of each 75 m² were repaired. For the repair the fast-setting, low-shrink, highly wear-resistant screed NEODUR HE 60 rapid was used. NEODUR HE 60 rapid features full usability in just 48 hours and high
wear-resistance, also for heaviest stress.
The client saw his expectations met and was highly satisfied with the result!
