For more than 25 years, Rapid Set Concrete has been approved in the United States and is now used worldwide for a wide variety of infrastructure projects. Due to the fast-setting properties of the concrete, repairs can be carried out at low-traffic times, e.g. at night. Rapid Set Concrete has been tested according to hardened concrete tests “Technical Delivery Conditions for Construction Materials and Construction Material Mixtures for the Structural Maintenance of Traffic Surfacings” (TL BEB-StB). The early strengths required by TL BEB-StB (≥ 20 MPa after 5 hours) can be achieved reliably just 2 hours after placement.
Rapid Set Concrete
For the renovation of concrete slabs in the infrastructural sector, such as concrete runways or airfield operational surfaces, providing high durability due to dimensional stability, high final concrete strength as well as sulphate resistance. Attestation by tests of hardened concrete in accordance with the technical delivery conditions for building materials and building material mixtures for the structural maintenance of traffic surfaces (TL BEB-StB).

KOROMINERAL CURE
KOROMINERAL CURE is a liquid, one-component, membrane-forming curing compound to prevent premature drying out in combination with silicatization.
KOROMINERAL CURE provides long-lasting protection against moisture, dirt and wear. The silicate penetrates deeply in the pores of the concrete, reacts with the free calcium and forms a durable bond with the concrete, both indoors and outdoors. After the application, the surface is dust-proof and water-repellent. KOROMINERAL CURE dries transparently.

KOROCURE
KOROCURE is a liquid temporary evaporation protection for intermediate curing. To protect the fresh concrete, depending on its grade, ambient and weather conditions, measures for intermediate curing should be taken acc. to DIN EN 13670:2011-03 in combination with DIN 1045-3:3012-03. The intermediate curing restrains the water in the concrete from evaporation, at wind and direct sun exposure. Thus, there is sufficient water in the concrete to allow the cement to hydrate properly.
