In 1937, Spanish fashion designer Christóbal Balenciaga founded the world-famous fashion company of the same name in Paris. After Gucci, Bottega Veneta and Saint Laurent, Balenciaga is another brand that has surpassed the one billion Euro sales mark. The worldwide present fashion house continues to expand its global dominance and recently opened a flagship store in Miami’s Design District.
The showroom, designed by fashion designer Demna Gvasalia, spans two floors and is furnished in a similar way to the two Paris locations. To match the industrial-style design of the showrooms, the floors were finished with the decorative screed TRU Self-Leveling, a mineral, fast-setting, decorative screed that is best for polishing.
TRU decorative floors are also very popular in Germany and Europe. Particularly in sales outlets, restaurants, foyers or museums, the attractive TRU design is highly valued by building owners and architects.
