In May 2022, the new visitor centre of the Bernard brewery in Humpolec in the Czech Republic was opened. Construction was already completed the previous year, but the opening had been postponed due to the Corona pandemic. An observation tower built around the chimney is a spectacular attraction.

Equally eye-catching is the decorative TRUazzo floor from KORODUR placed in the visitor center, with its attractive and unique design. The Czech specialist company Provas installed the self-levelling, fast-setting TRU PC decorative screed in a thickness of 12 mm on an area of around 500 m². The terrazzo-like floor was finished by polishing and maintenance treatment.

In only 2-3 hours after installation, the decorative floor was ready for foot traffic and after 24 hours it could be polished and loaded. TRU PC conserves natural resources. The production of Rapid Set cement generates 30 % less CO2 emissions than conventional Portland cement.

The brewery welcomes ten thousands of visitors per year. No problem for TRUazzo – the floor is durable and highly resistant.
