Idyllic, cozy and welcoming. These three attributes describe best the latest attraction of gastronomy in Paderborn – Gut Lippesee – located at the north shore of the lake with the same name. Two historic half-timbered buildings offer an unique ensemble for excellent hospitality inviting to stop in and enjoy, the perfect ambience for every guest.
The success of the master plan “Gut Lippesee” lies in particular in the stylistic, harmonic and very sensitive restoration of the historic half-timber buildings. This refers also to the design of the floors, to which the owner family likewise attended a great deal of love for detail. Under the aspect of the use as restaurant business, a qualified, durable and wear-resistant floor was considered, which at the same time would satisfy highest demands to optical appearance and naturally blend in the overall concept of the half-timber construction. The choice fell on a KORODUR industrial hard aggregated screed in anthracite color, in smoothed KCF optics.
The renowned industrial flooring company Gorlo Industrieboden GmbH & Co. KG, Bielefeld, installed in their usual precision and professionalism an anthracite colored NEODUR HE 65 hard aggregate screed in the „fresh-in fresh“ method. Although newly installed, this wear resistant KORODUR industrial floor with its vibrant, cloudy KCF optics gives the impression as it had always been laying in these half-timbered buildings.
An entirely harmonious concept. Discover it for yourself – www.gutlippesee.de.
