In May 2022, the truck exit road at the KS Wüseke plant in Sassenberg was successfully repaired using the asphalt repair material ASPHALT REPAIR MIX (ARM). The technically challenging repair work was carried out by the renowned civil engineering company Knappheide Glandorf.
For this project, ASPHALT REPAIR MIX, totally 2 pallets, were installed to renovate the heavily trafficked truck exit road and improve its functionality and load-bearing capacity. ASPHALT REPAIR MIX proved to be the ideal solution for the repair of this road surface as it is specifically designed for the repair of damaged asphalt surfaces and offers high resistance to heavy vehicle traffic. The decision to use ASPHALT REPAIR MIX for this project was not only ideal because of its technical properties, but also because of its fast-setting time and ease of application. Thanks to these properties, the truck exit road could be quickly returned to service, minimalizing downtime and improving the efficiency of the entire operational flow.
