Time is Money!
The restructuring expert Wiedemann und Sohn GmbH from Wiesbaden was instructed with the repair of a damaged container depot at Frankfurt airport – in no time. The client, Fraport AG, had asked for repair including required WHG coating, within shortest time possible. Thanks to the unique and high performance Rapid Set Cement technology, Wiedemann could solve this critical problem even faster and easier than was expected.

Firstly, with the multipurpose, fast-setting Rapid Set Repair Mortar CEMENT ALL “mortar gauges” were arranged to produce the required gradient for the later use. Shortly after, CEMENT ALL was poured on large scale and stroke off with the mortar gauges. CEMENT ALL generally does not require separate bonding agent or primer! Already after one hour CEMENT ALL developed its extremely high strength and after 16 hours, the repaired container depot area was ready for application of the steam-tight WHG coat.

CEMENT ALL allowed the re-use of the container depot in no time. Company Wiedemann fully trusts in the versatility and advantages of the Rapid Set repair mortars and will use them also for upcoming Fraport areas.
