  • KORODUR nanoFinish

    KORODUR nanoFinish is applied during smoothing. Due to the film formation the smoothing process is improved, the drying out is slowed down and the addition of water becomes unnecessary. Nano-silica technology slows down water evaporation, retains moisture during surface treatment, and allows for complete hydration with maximum strength development. The probability of efflorescence, cracking due to early shrinkage (plastic shrinkage) and other surface irritations is reduced.

  • KORODUR easyFinish

    KORODUR easyFinish can be used for the production of concrete and screed surfaces, on fresh to matt damp surfaces as a smoothing aid.

  • KORODUR uniPrimer

    KORODUR uniPrimer for priming absorbent substrates. Suitable for subsequently applied coatings with bonding compound and KORODUR/NEODUR hard aggregate screeds as protection against too fast dehydration. KORODUR uniPrimer reduces the absorption behavior of dry sub-bases and thus the time-consuming prewetting in case of industrial floor renovations e.g. with NEODUR HE 65 or NEODUR HE 60 rapid. The sub-base is significantly improved. Evaporation of the KORODUR bonding compound HB 5 or HB 5 rapid is minimized by controlled suction behavior of the sub-base and a more uniform hydration of the bonded system is achieved.

  • KOROTAN

    KOROTAN is used as auxiliary agent for the processing of KORODUR hard aggregate screeds in one layer, on fresh or set base concrete, as well as for all two-layer systems as additive for all types of screeds (see data sheet KORODUR-KOROTAN industrial floor).

  • KORODUR TXPK

    KORODUR TXPK is used as primer on concrete and screed surfaces where a later moisture exposure of the back has to be expected.

  • KOROMINERAL Li+

    KOROMINERAL Li+ is used for the impregnation of mineral, cementitious sub-bases, such as polished and not polished concrete floors/screeds, prefab concrete/terrazzo. KOROMINERAL Li+ penetrates deeply into the surface and reacts with the free lime to calcium silicate hydrate, which gradually hydrates into a glass-like crystalline structure. The penetration of liquids and other dirt is reduced. The surfaces are easier to clean and obtain increasingly more shine. The surface remains open to diffusion.

  • KORODUR DUROP

    The excellent wear-resistance, anti-slip property and polishing resistance of DUROP offer manifold possibilities of application in industrial flooring as well as in road construction. Major fields of use are dairies, breweries, slaughter houses, wet production facilities, chemical factories, battery rooms, ramps and car parks. DUROP is as well suitable for driving lanes, bicycle trails, anti-skid bridge coatings and passages, e.g. at airports. DUROP effects a significant grip improvement and thus provides a major contribution to accident reduction. The noticeably reduced rolling noises in addition are considered as active noise protection and environmental contribution. DUROP is also suitable as dry-shake material for bituminous driving lanes to improve the anti-skid properties of mastic asphalt (standard construction system) acc. to RSTO 2001.

  • NEODUR Level AU

    The use of NEODUR Level AU increases the energy and resource efficiency and conserves natural resources. A hard aggregate industrial floor has an outstanding durability. The service life of a hard aggregate industrial floor is many times longer than that of a pure concrete floor or alternative industrial flooring systems. For further information contact KORODUR.
